Website Subscription

• When you subscribe to our websites, you accept our pricing policy such that you will be charged an amount of money periodically so that we can ensure your websites running normal without any issues.
• As you use our websites for your businesses, you are free to ask us to modify your website contents that best suit your what you are doing for your businesses.

Refund Policy

• Pay as you go
• You can receive at most full payment minus domain registration ($20)
• For example, if you are charged $100 hosting + $20 domain registration per year, which is $120/year. Then we can only refund at most $100
  • Then if you use our websites until the sixth month and want to cancel the subscription, then we will refund $120 * (6/12) = $60 ($60 < $100)
  • If you use the websites until the first month. The refund could have been $120 * (11/12) = $110. However, the most refund we can do is $100, then we will refund just $100 to you.
  • If you want to cancel your website subscription, you can still use our websites until the next payment, and you will not be charged after that period of time.
